Backup Camera service message
A couple of times lately I had noticed a short distortion in the BU view, including wild colors etc....2015 Vert....
Yesterday it did it and I got a "Service Backup System" message on the display... briefly... then the message went away and it went back to working fine..... usually it works fine, leading me to think it is a connector issue, but have it going in for service Friday to have it checked out.
Has anyone else seen this message and did you have repair work done.... if so, what was the issue.... Thanks, LK

Yep, happened once on my 2016 Stingray Z51, A8 build date 10/15.
Service tech said lens may have been dirty. Frankly, he did not really know.
It has worked fine since.
Folks, when you post up issues, it will help others greatly if you state MY, build date.

Tried turning on "signature" with build etc. info..but although have signature stored and option set to display signature, does not show up in posts like on other forums.......LK
