Paint problem
I have been reading about paint problems and my car has been fine. But now my car can join the group. I was dusting the car off at the vette fest I went to yesterday and found my paint chip around the base of the third brake light. Mine is a 2017 with a build date of sept 16. I guess a trip to the dealer is in order.
I was thinking about adding a spoiler to my car, I wounder if the dealer would charge me the labor to remove the rear cover if they have to remove it to fix the paint.

Your answer would be dependent on the dealership. Best is to go to the dealership and ask them. Here is a post outlining the rear bumper removal.

Just use a toothpick shaved to a point and carefully fill the void with touch up paint. All composite body panels will eventually exhibit this paint chipping do to different expansion/contraction demensions due to temperature changes.
