Coule be, but I'll go with what the owner told me. Either way, won't affect me, since I have no interest in a ZR1 or ZO6.

All I can go by, is what the owner of Demontrond Chevrolet told me, as well as the guesses from the article my insurer/Hagerty sent me.

No worries...doesn't affect me either. However, I'm not guessing.

That Hagerty article says the ZR1 would be revealed Aug 6 at Wisconsin's Road America. That certainly didn't happen. Detroit Auto Show (January 14-28) is my guess.

Oh, I had previously disregarded Hagerty's predicted date long ago. I posted the link in reply to a price guess, not a release date. I'm thinking that the price will be somewhere between $135,000 and $150,000.

Yep, for max splash, the North American International Auto Show in early January it will be. That certainly synchs with the MY changeover decision.

I agree. I'm thinking November to coincide with the plant reopening and 2019 order guide being made available on 11/20.

I have the Torch Red / Gray. I think it goes very well together, although it is quite uncommon. I had to drive to another state in order to see a Gray interior in-person before making my order.

Artic white grey grand sport that I saw was absolutely stunning. ...it had the color keyed trim for a grand and that corvette has been seared into my brain...

Even the grand sport hashtag stripe on the fender was grey....

That was a hell of a sight...

And torch red exterior...you can never go wrong with a torch red corvette...

Both would be the envy without question...no matter the year.

I'd say that's good thinking because it actually makes sense.

Why??? To have one number higher as the model year? Makes no sense to me to do so.

I think gray interiors are excellent. They require a little more maintenance, but with me that would not be an issue. I clean my car every day. For those who don't enjoy keeping their cars clean gray can go bad after a while if you don't stay on it.

I have had the Dark Grey in my last two Z06's. I am in the process of ordering an 18 Z06 and will go with the Grey. I like the Grey carpet. Every other color you order you get the black carpet.
