You might just grab the rear wheels, try to shake them, and see if there is any play in them. I know that your dealer wants to replace the CV joint, but if there is play in the wheel when it's bolted up and ready to go, The CV joint, while it may need replacing, may not fix the problem. It doesn't take much movement to cause a problem.

Great and wow! 11/07 to 12/21. Well, it's done and you're happy and it wasn't the torque tube. Thank goodness. Enjoy the car!

I have the same experience with my MN7 also... 56K miles on the car... I'm used to it now as it's always done it.... I think my tire pressures are a bit low due to weather temperature fluctuations which could contribute....

It is my understanding the issue is with the axle Assembly?
i was told that GM had some issues with the proper gear match on c7s?
The only real fix is to replace the rear axle assy??

Mismatched gears caused warble (something you hear), not wobble (something you feel). There's something amiss with the suspension or tires on OP's car.

The OP already answered last year that the problem has been fixed and it was an axle issue, not suspension or tires.

There are no gears in the rear axles, just two constant velocity joints. One of them changes length as the suspension moves up and down. If it was bad, it could put some unusual loads on the suspension and differential, and that could cause the wobble.

Just the axle that includes new joints. They call them Tri-pod joints since they have 3 *****.

So, the issue is with the rear suspension, not the differential assy?
