Default Different Attitude Here?

So I can actually say "pissed" and "***** to the wall" here?

Just wondering Because I am pissed that my '15 Z51 started SHUDDERING
Thus is my 7th AND HAVE HAD 3 THINGS GO WRONG.

Seat Belt, Computer under the pocket area in the front some module thing now this. 6675 miles

Some other 'FORUMS' didn't like my attitude. Hey 7 buys ought to show my loyalty

Exactly why I said in another thread I'd never buy a ZR1, the C7's price is all I'm willing to spend on any GM vehicle. Btw, sorry about your issues...

Just a note, I'm a retired statistician (among other things), hence, I know full-well that a relatively small proportion of Vettes have serious issues and that an overly large proportion of those who do have problems voice them on sites like this. The real problem, for me, is the lack of dealers who can and do predictably and consistently correct problems when they arise.

You have every right to be pissed. You didn't buy a Cruze, you bought their flagship car! Anyone who tells you your attitude is bad because you're upset over this is probably one of the thin-skinned pansies out protesting everything. Especially if you bought 7 Vettes. They should bend over backwards for a customer like you. Oh yeah, welcome!

I didn’t see the ‘***** to the wall’ part. That sucks though.

Look with the number of problems people are having with the A8 Tranny it is really a dog..even other GM cars are having a problem with it. After seeing the surgery to fix the converter a horror, I would immediately dump the car after they take the whole dam car apart. The Triple flush does not work for everyone. And who knows how long any of them will last. GM Should be ashamed of themselves and the real thing they should do is replace peoples car not dismantle someone's 60 K car and hand it back to them. But anyone who knows GM thru the years knows their crappy reputation for customer service. No car outside of a Yugo has so many different problems.

I hate to be the one to tell you, but there's nothing obscene about "***** to the wall." It has to do with a rotating device that regulates the speed of steam engines. At a higher speed the ***** swing further out, thus ***** to the wall as an expression for going at the highest possible speed.

I knew it basically meant as fast as possible, but didn't know the origin.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems.

There are many knowledgeable folks here willing to help, and yes, you can be a potty mouth, here, now.

I am a steam locomotive nut so I knew that, but I am sure that most people do not.

More recently it referred to pushing the throttles on fighter planes all the way toward the bulkhead. Since the throttle controls had ***** on their ends, maximum thrust was indeed ***** to the wall.

Little good that does people who are affected by the problem.

I always get a chuckle when we're hit with high gas prices and people say "well in such and such province they're paying 10 cents more", well good for f'kn them, how exactly does that help that fact that I'm paying such a high price.

Yea it's good to vent and not get berated about it. I did see a "oh my God "A POLITICAL POST" earlier today. I seem to be the guy that uh... doesn't exactly give a **** for that FAT *** IN DC. I will not do it here though I have plenty of other groups for that. Criticizing GM, saying an "off color" word or basically being a dick just grabs those shorts of a previous group. I won't be surprised if I get kicked off (AGAIN) since they probably monitor other groups.
That said
I'm just a guy that worked for, 37 years and started getting theses cars because I wanted them. My wife goes along and doesn't say much but when the car is about $80,000 she gets a little concerned when I say OH the transmission or something is screwed up.
The ZR1 to me is a heavy tarted up Z06 with the same stuff every other C7 has Well more cooling stuff, wing etc. One guy has already advertised on YOUTUBE "Just send in $5000 and remember this car will be about $130-140,000" Right. Now is that 10 speed AUTO gonna have the same problems with SHUDDERING as the A8? Is the heat problem taken care of that's plaguing the Z06. YEs I like the argument well out of thousands only 25-30 overheat. SUPPOSE ITS YOURS.

My dilemma I want the next model I have a C7 so the ME is next I don't keep these cars too long so I wonder if they'll sell them before I get too old to but one. Is this car gonna be like $150-175,000 or are they gonna remember who kept then in business all these years. Remember the 1st year might not be so good (quality problems?)
Hey I must like them I keep buying them

I haven't finished but got to go

Thankfully we can, my mouth used to get me in a lot of trouble. So I like it how it is here now, I can get away with a LOT more sarcasm.

Interesting point on the ***** to the wall comment, I'm going to share this factoid with everyone I know now.

I like this place because most of the time, even the people who don't really like each other, get along enough to make it interesting.

Um, you are “that guy” by posting that here. There’s a forum here for that crap, please keep it out of this one.
