hey guys, hope someone can help. Got 14 1lt. After car sits in garage for a week neither of the fobs will work. Car won't detect with fob and no bottoms will work on fob, thought it was the cold in garage so I took them in house and still does same thing. After unlocking trunk with key and alarm going off the fob will recognize after a couple minutes. Or I can stand by car for 3 to 5 minutes of pushing bottoms on bob numerous times and then it will start to work. Could it be just dead batteries in both fobs? Also keep car on tender when not in use

I'll try that. Just only one fob gets used so it was weird that both do same thing, we'll give it a try, thanks[/QUOTE
It has happened my friend.
Happened to me. I went through a bunch of problems including a new battery, but in the end one of the batteries in the fob was bad. Car seems to have a little difficulty if you present it with both. Try keeping one away from the car and see if the other works, That is how i eventually figured the whole thing out.
I agree. I have one fob that was never used and both fobs went dead after 3 years. You also need to make sure the new batteries are fresh. I had some new, but not recently bought batteries and they would not work either.
