Hi all, looking to see if anyone can help me get a gm vis Report on the following car. I'm think of putting an offer but hesitant as the last 2 Chevy dealers refused to run a report for me.
Thank you in advance

I have a major issue with the bolded. I will not purchase a Corvette that I cannot see its Vis report. Especially after the issue discovered at Boardwalk.
I would name the dealers who refused to run a report. If this is how they treat future customers of the brand then I can choose to spend my money elsewhere.

Use the chat option on Chevy.com and ask them for service history for that VIN. They provided me for my Z.
What reason did the two dealers give for refusing to run the report for you?
One was too busy the other claimed that they only provide it for their customers. I really think they just didn't want to spend the time with someone that is buying at a different non Chevy dealership
A well known and highly regarded forum vendor has provided me with a vis report. Thank you Dennis could you provide me with a quote for GMPP. bc as pewter99 said it has been passed around a few times. Thank you 🙏?
A lot of Corvette owners trade frequently for other Corvettes when something "bright, shiny, and new" comes along. Exhibit A is my current '14 Z51 convertible, which was traded by it's first owner at 3K miles for a Z06. I purchased it as a CPO, and will soon trade it for a new '18, because I just have to have the new Sebring Orange.
It has a completely clean GMVIS, with zero warranty repairs, other than 1 minor recall which affected all 14-15 C7s. My car was checked and didn't have the problem it was recalled for. It's 3rd owner will be getting a fantastic car. In particular, there are a lot of great deals on very clean and trouble-free, narrow-body C7s out there because so many had to have a wide-body when the Z06 debuted in '15 and the GS in '17.

I agree, a few years ago I had purchase a 2005 with 8k miles and I was the fourth owner. Never an issue and drove it for another 70k before purchasing a c7, which I’ve since totaled. If I do purchase this one I’ll just buy a service contract from Dennis Fitchner.
