Thinking about another one.
I have a 69 that I will be keeping looking at a used 2011 loaded GS Coup under 30,000 miles with a price just over $36,000. Comparing it to a new 2017 2lt package car.
Looking for opinions.

I would take one step back and see which one I like better.

I also have a '69! Had a 2012 Base, now have a 2016 Z51. Opinion - bypass the 2012 GS, go straight to the C7. The C7 is so improved on so many levels from the C6.
One thing you'll appreciate, is the magnificent view out over the hood - the C7 hood from the inside reminds me so much of the C3!
White - my 2016 DD now
Blue - my '69 L46
Gray - was my 2012 DD

Really not much to consider the C7 is far superior to the C6. Just look at a C6 GS or base and it screams outdated. It had a good run but it's time has passed.

The C-7 is an amazing car, it is light years ahead of the C-6. Drive both of them and you will see what we are talking about.

This right here is what won the C7 for me! The view over the hood and the front fenders from the side. They got this part of the car right!

I may not know Jack, but I do know the C7 is one hell of a car. I have a 2LT Grand Sport, so I might be a little biased.

the C6 might be a little over priced.... but I would get the C7 over C6 for sure if budget is not an issue since it will certainly be more than 36k.
I had an LS3 C6 that was loaded before I picked up the C7, don't miss it at all and have not looked back!

I agree, skip the C6 and go straight to a C7.

Coming from a 95 mile per day commute in a C6 to a 95 mile per day commute in a C7, get the C7 - no question.

Stopped by the Chevy dealer that has the C7 I am looking at, Nice looking black car and I definitely like the look over the hood. The hook is out there they have my number but looking at other numbers out there I should be able to get another 3-4K off the price right now they are at basic 2017 get rid of price.

Everyone is right.. once you own a C7 you never look at a c6 and think it's nicer. I used to not think there was a big difference but now the c6 looks old.

I loved my C6 and it was a great car....12 years ago. C7 is light years ahead of the C6. Just bypass the C6 and get the C7, you will enjoy the vehicle.

Simple, drive the two newer and see which you like best, looks and money being non-issues, of course.

On paper the C7 isn't much better than the C6, but man is it an upgrade when you drive it.
Plus, IMO, the C6 is not aging well and it was the least exciting generation, aesthetically, for its time.
