There are practical limits to answering this question, I think.
The problem is, where are you going to find a long enough straight where you won't risk killing yourself or someone else in order to get to an ultimate top speed? Bonneville Salt Flats in a dry year would be my best guess. Lacking that, you're probably looking at a calculation based on power, gearing, and drag. I'm sure that Chevy knows quite accurately, whether by calculation or actual test.
I'm trying to find where I believe that I saw 186 listed in something semi-official but haven't yet. It also listed 0-60 times, as well... both for the base car.
Btw, B'ville is hardly ideal for normally aspirated top-end runs because of the elevation of 4200 feet. I've played there for 30 years, driven 4 cars, but never a nonblown for that reason.
