I have them but have to put them on, does anyone have instructions? Do I need to remove the wheels?....I have the ACS Fronts and GM rears..... thanks
The GMs come with an instruction sheet in the box. Its really no more than a 15min job per set, at least for the GMs, I have no experience with the ACS.
It helps if you have a plastic trim tool.

I was an early adopter of the original ones they made . By the end of the summer they improved on them, bigger, no more exposed bolts since they finally utilized the factory clips. I think they look better and offer more coverage, but people like myself are kind of preverbially screwed. They should have offered some kind of reduced price for people who purchased the "Beta" version. Throwing these out and purchasing new ones just not attractive... we would have like $400 invested in rock guards lol. I personally wish they would have made us aware they were working on a more polished version. I guess that's the way it goes in the big city. Just my 2 cents. Good products, I own a few, but the guards left me kinda bummed.

Reason: Wrong number
A must have should be on the car out of the factory. But then what would they sell aftermarket.
My dealer recommended putting them on they matched internet price and I took them home with me.
Took 10 min to do

Putting on the GM splash guards was one of the first mods I did to my car. They do protect the sides of the car and look good in the process. Last weekend I installed a set of side skirts on the car so it should be well protected now.

Sideskirts will help the most, but splash guards do add some protection. Just not enough by themselves. And with our sticky tires, you need all the help you can get.
I have a Stingray with 93,000 miles on it. No splash guards. No chips or ticks from stones except on the factory film on the front of the rear wheels. There are few little marred spots all the way under the car directly underneath the rockers.
If I had a Z06 or Grandsport I would definitely have them installed.

I went with the OEM guards on my 2019 1LT. I installed them myself 2 days after taking delivery of the car. Very easy. I had them on my 2015 as well and they worked fairly well. They look very good on the car.
Looks good. I have the GM rear guards, but most people who bought ACS original XL fronts are pretty unhappy now. Our ACS "BETA" version 1 do not utilize the factory clips and just have 3 bolts exposed instead of your finished look. I wish I never bought them now that they fixed them over at ACS, new ones look more factory... but I won't buy anything more from them I guess.. $20 off of over $200 flaps after already buying the crappy first "beta" ones kinda kills your opinion of a company. It's a shame they treated customers that way. I could see a year or 2 later, but all in a few months they fixed the product. Look at pic of exposed bolts.. kinda crazy to put them on a $105k car.
I envy how good the finished ones look compared to this.. but I need the coverage with the Z07 throws rocks everywhere.. ACS "Beta" version 1 XL front guards

If you track the car you will NEED the side skirts, the factory splash guards are not enough. I can't comment on the ACS XL versions.
Below is a picture of my factory Z51 with factory tires and factory splash guards after one track day...
Heck driving slow in a parking lot I have seen my Z06 wide sticky Tires throw little rocks up on the roof... nothing will stop it. I have guards and side skirts still get them. The only way I know to prevent it is to enclose it in a bubble and never drive it.

I think a bubble is a good idea. Like the body shop director at my dealer said when I was complaining about rock trucks and stone chips, "the worst thing you can do is drive them."
