Wheel question
Hey Guys,
I have been negotiating and talking to dealers about buying a C7 yellow vette. I want chrome wheels but find that most cars for sale have black.
Looking for opinions, are their many people out that that would want to do a swap my black wheels from chrome?

Some people on here may wish to do a trade. There is also a corvette store in Orange County, near Los Angeles that has a trade program. Will cost about $1000.00. I don't know if I can mention their name on here.

Check with one of our forum vendors here. Docz First Rate Corvette, Bob's House of Wheels etc. They have OEM wheels, and may even make a trade. Both have great customer service.

If it's a store that I think of in LA nearby read the fine print very carefully. Otherwise, I'd go with Rebel's suggested list, starting w. DocZ who has gotten only praise from here.
As to stock chrome wheels, I've read of peeling chrome. Maybe it's sporadic or a bad bunch but it has happened enough to catch my attention. Matter of fact, here's a thread today. And btw, don't expect the same easy outcome of replacement set, necessarily. It could be a dog fight to get it. Could, not will.
