So I've have been looking for a new or used C7 for about a month now. I pulled the trigger this weekend and purchased a 2016 Shark Gray Metallic Z51 3LT A8. Has pretty much everything but MRC. It has 2870 miles, but I don't see how even that many miles have been put on it; it literally looks showroom new inside and out. Well, I'm pretty giddy; I can't stop walking back and forth to the garage just to peek at it. I paid $54.5k OTD. That probably sounds a little high to you guys, but I've been searching over a month and it was the best deal I could find, and I still had to drive over an hour to a Chevy dealership out of the city. Pics to come as soon as it gets light outside.
I was really, really concerned about the ground clearance. That's why I was also considering the 2SS. So far driving it around this weekend over a myriad of different speed bumps and angles I'm shocked nothing has scraped or scrubbed in the slightest! This truly might be my DD!

I owned a C6 that scraped over EVERYTHING. Very annoying. My C7 has much better ground clearance. That is the very reason I never lowered the car and never will. Congrats!....
Congrats and enjoy your new ride........be careful she can show you an ugly view of the trees until
you get use to the power.
Had a 550WHP STI before this, but will need to get used to the RWD.
Trying to post pics, but no workie....
Still in the garage this morning, next to it's German partner in crime...

Welcome to the family, and welcome to the forum. It's a beauty for sure. Now you need to practice your best "Corvette Wave" when you meet another member of the family. Enjoy.
Regarding the boxes on the Audi's rear deck, it's a sure sign you have lived in a house too long when everything becomes a shelf.
Yeah that's actually all the crap I took out of my truck when I got it ready to trade in
