All in all 15-20 minutes for the actual upgrade.

Mine took two hours from the time I drove in to leaving, but it was the first such upgrade that dealer had done. The actual upgrade may take 20 min., but if you add processing you in, the tech setting up the MDI and laptop, calling the TechLine, paying GM, then processing you out you're looking at having more than a few cups of their coffee and thoroughly perusing their C7 inventory. Worth the wait and cost, IMO.

Mine took 2 days... but 1.9 of those days was me explaining to the dealership what it is I want and what they need to do to install it. Thanks to the forum for all the information I learned and shared with the dealership. Like everyone else said, the actual process is quick once the dealership figures out what they need to do. Apparently I was the first at my dealership to get it done.
