My damn window washer pump went out some time between my ME last month and going to work. Got a huge bug spatter on the windshield and count clean it, had to stop at a station. I told the service person. I Checked there is fluid in the res., fuse is good, and there is no noise coming fro the little pump.
I would just remove the front wheel well liner and pull the pump out of the tank for a test. They are so cheap, you might want to go ahead and order a replacement. Could just be small amount of debris keeping the rotor from turning.
I put the service call in. I know it's easy to replace but if its under warranty then I will let them fix it. I went 13 years before having to replace the 2002 suburbans rear washer motor. I just replaced the front washer motor assembly after my battery leaked and kill the res and the front motor assembly, luckily I didn't have to replace rear one the acid went around it.
Got the new windshield washer installed under the warranty. Washes really well now. Dealer did it in about 2 hour, from the time I dropped it off till the time they called and said it was done.

So, what was the problem? Was there just something stuck in the washer pump like the other thread?
