I do and it doesn't melt or shrink. Continental DWS06 tires.

Yes, I drive it in the rain with stock tires.
I want to know if the car has water leaks that can't be revealed by washing it, and if there are any they can be fixed under warranty.
Driving in the rain plus at night = no joy.

I do not drive mine in the rain (unless I'm out and it rains unexpectedly) because that's why I have a daily driver. And over the last 11 months I'm glad I don't drive a car I care about in the rain, as I've been rear ended twice in the past 11 months. Once driving home, and last month driving to work, both times in the rain and I hadn't stopped quickly either. The first one did $10,000 damage to my 2016 CR-V daily driver; the last on May 4, 2018 totaled the CR-V when an 18-wheeler rear ended me. I try not to visualize what that last accident would have been like in the C7 that's far lower to the ground.
And cars, especially low slung sports cars get really dirty in the rain from all the tire spray from SUV's, pickups, etc...down here in Texas. Lastly, rain spoils the fun of driving the C7 as you have to drive it like a normal vehicle.
However, the times I've driven in the rain with it, the C7 does just fine as far as tires go. I'm running the stock 19/20's from the Z51 package.

yesterday and the snow is fun to drive in, handles great... Rejex on the windshield so hardly ever turn on the windshield wipers unless it's really coming down...

No fun to drive in the rain. If I get caught in it, or we are on a trip, and get caught no big deal. Fortunately it doesn't rain where I live but maybe 5 or 6 days a year. I won't drive it then because I keep the car in micro-mint detail condition. Don't want to get it all dirtied up and have to spend 3 hours cleaning it up. To sum this up, the only reason I don't like driving in the rain is because it takes me a lot of effort to get it fluffed up again. Went with Michelin A/S 3+ ZP. And on my second set of those. I have 69,000 miles on the car in 2.5 years. Hopefully I'll have it wore out just as the bugs are worked out for about a year on the C8.

Yes, Stock Z51 tires. In a ZR1 article, one of the engineers said they wished they had the freedom like boutique supercar makers to ignore the daily driveability of the car. But no, mean old GM made the ZR1 pass the standard water test: drive through 12 inches of water at 5 mph without difficulty, same as a Chevy Spark LS. That's just a daily downpour during the rainy season in SoFlo, but it is a pain getting out in a parking lake and getting into the stores. Another article said the engineers had a hoot driving the ZR1 on snowy test tracks. Your vette got caught in a flood of depreciation the day you drove it off the lot; keeping it up on blocks in a 2nd floor garage won't make the money come floating back. .

It's rare I ever get to drive in the rain...But that's because we only get 1.5" of rain a year here in Palm Springs, CA....

If it's raining the car will stay in the garage. But, if I'm caught in the rain it doesn't bother me.

Mine's a daily driver as long as the temperature is above 40. The car is so comfortable and easy to drive, I enjoy it even when the weather isn't great. I've got a truck and my wife's SUV for when the weather is really crappy.
