Default VanBortels Corvette Show !

I decided to take a ride up to VanBortels Corvette Show . WOW and WOW again, What a GREAT show. Great looking Corvettes of every generation and the food was great too! This was my first time to the show and had a great time .Thank you to Kitty VanBortel ,Nate, Matt and all the other employees for putting on a Great show. I don't know how many Corvettes show up around where you live but this was the most I have seen in one place I'm guessing 250 - 300 Corvettes. Now this makes me want to go to Carlisle . Also saw my first C7 ZR1 in person loved the look . Here's some pictures.

That's quite a following they have. 250 to 300 Corvettes! That's NCM numbers!

I was there and it was a super day of appreciateion sponsored by Van Bortel for the Rochester Corvette Club that has over 500 members. Not sure of how many Vettes attended but I know last year it was more than 250 and I would guess this year was the same. Great time, free food hotdogs, Italian sausage, hamburgers, popcorn, chips and soft drinks all free Van Bortel is the best!.

I appreciate all the work that Kitty Van Bortel and her employees put into the show. The food ,drinks ,chips and ice cream were great and to be free that was really really nice of her to do that.

From what I hear they do it every year. I just called in June and found out date.

They also do Fun Laps at Watkins Glen for a charity. I did it last year and there was 44 Corvettes . Couldn't make that event this year. That was a great time also.

I was there, and it was a great time as always. They do a really good job. I see you got a pic of my blue C6Z they had on display up front. I had literally just got off the track at WGI with it the day before and they asked me to drop it off to them for the show.

It'd be nice if a lot more Chev. dealers had a Corvette Owners annual appreciation day & rally/homecoming.

Many of the dealers are not even aware of the Corvette enthusiasts. At least mine (Mac Haik Chev.) isn't catering to the Corvette owners/buyers.

I enjoyed looking at that # 50 right ! That has to be a blast to run on Watkins Glen. Thanks for having it on display!
