Borla X-Pipe......

Does anyone on this forum live in Northern Virginia (where emissions compliance is required) and have a Borla off road x pipe? Is it a no-go because it doesn't have all of the cats??

We do testing here in Oregon and I'm fixing to put one on mine. The cats that are removed aren't monitored and can't be seen due to the panel under the car. I'm guessing you'd be okay as well.

The rearward cats are not monitored, so no electronic codes. I have not heard of anyone not meeting emissions compliance, except maybe those in California. Even during a visual inspection it’s hard to discern... as long as the two main cats are present.
