Good evening. I have just purchased a 2017 Z06 and I need to tint the windows. Anyone have a recommendation. I’ve been hearing about ceramic tint. Is this best? Anyone have an idea on the percentage? I realize a lot of it depends on your state laws (don’t care) and personal preference. The color is Black Rose Metallic.

Look at the Xpel XR prime plus window tint (my preference) vs 3M Crystalline tint. Xpel is ceramic and has much better IR/heat reduction (>95%) and 99% UV reduction.
I highly recommend Llumar formula one pinnacle series tint. It is ceramic, has very good heat rejection and a lifetime warranty. I had it on my 14 Stingray, 30%. I have it on my 17 F-150 Platinum, 30% on all four doors and rear window. I also have it on my 18 Grand Sport, 30% both doors, quarter windows and rear window. Law in my state is 35% so its slightly darker than allowed. Never been hassled.
