The dreaded screen flicker...
I have been fortunate that my factory ordered 2014 Z 51 3LT has only needed oil changes and a sun visor
replacement (button stuck for garage opener). Today I got in and fired it up, it is a garage queen, only 5,300
miles, and the infotainment flicker began. What is the general prognosis?. I do have the extended warranty🙏

This is a common problem in the 14s and has been discussed in various threads. This one is the most relevant (to me at least):

The problem seems to be caused by the connections on the 2 blue power wires becoming loose because they were perhaps improperly crimped or the wires were too short, or the phase of the moon was incorrect when assembled, whatever. For 2015 and beyond, there is a different part number and the problem seems to be resolved. Short answer - since you have the extended warranty, get the screen replaced with the new part number screen.
