Outstanding!!! I just changed mine in only a few minutes. Didn't use any tape or a screwdriver. The best method is to just push the thin credit card or some other thin plastic card in until the cap almost pops out by itself. The longest part of the process was removing the new caps from their plastic wrapper. Thanks banph, I was trying to find a way without removing the wheels.

if it's not working for you, then you are not using the right kind of tape.
I use the thick black gorilla tape. Works like a charm.
