Isn't GMs infotainment system based on Android/Linux? It makes sense that Android phones have no issues. I wish I could get behind Apple, but sadly, I can't. That is one weird fanboi cult going on there. There is a solution above. Results?

Lol, cult of ~1 trillion market cap (930 bill today). I take it you’re not a VC.

there are two mainstream systems. gm should be able to make it work on both...Everything else is a moron’s excuse.

I agree... it's weird even when they hit $1TT. Their products are absolutely ...blah... Naa, not a VC. I sold a few bitcoins for my C7 (prior to 12-2017).

I have an iPhone SE and am able to receive messages, but I do not get an audio alert that a message has been received and I cannot hear my phone "ding". If I'm not looking at the screen I would never know I have a message. Is there a setting somewhere to activate an audible tone or alert when a message is received?
