Why would I want this? With 30,000 miles on my 2017, I can't even feel when it switches up and back.
The range device could save you thousands of dollars in repairs in the long run... While in warranty and you do not mind losing your car for a month while they tear it apart and replace the torque tube and who know what else... Out of warranty I can't even imagine, 5 to 7 thousand out of your pocket, I will buy the 200 dollar range....
Even if it only keeps 95% of the torque tubes from dying, why would you not install it... if mine went out today I would have another one ordered by this afternoon..

Hey Eric, were have you been. Haven't heard from you in awhile.
You are one of the lucky ones, mine started the shudder at approx. 7000 miles. I ordered the Range, and it helped stop it for approx. 3000 miles and it then came back. I can't say one way, or another if the Range would have helped if I had bought it before the dreaded malady started. I've had the tranny fluid change, and it has helped. But, I'm not going to take any chances, and will have the Range in operation from here on out. It's just a roll of the dice.
Arturo, please keep us updated on the problem, and the fix. You never know, one of us could have the same problem and need that information.
The verdict is a faulty differential. They’re going to install a new one but it will take up to two weeks to arrive. At least they found the problem and will fix it. In the meantime they loaned me a Chevy Traverse.

Thanks for the update Arturo. I hope they have you back on the road soon.
Agree with your success.....some folks are just snakebit and attract lemons.
You mean like Khama? Like there’s something deep in my psyche that calls out to defective Corvettes and lures them to me like a magnet attracting metal?
