Skid marks will be here on the count of 1...2...3... to tell OP all about trim levels...

Yes, for everything you mentioned as well as front cameras, heated/cooled seats, and lumbar support.

The strong smell of leather in a 3LT does it for me. Next time in the showroom smell the interiors of a 3 vs a 2.

The only thing that’s killing me is once I add mag ride and 2LT to the car, it’s not much more to go to the GS.....

So do I spend the extra ~$3k? I’m thinking yes.

very dangerous question to ask here as you know what the answer will be...The GS only has 4” of clearance compare to 5” for the Stingray.

The PDR is a fun add-on ... especially if you have the NAV as well. Mine is parked for the winter, but I have videos from the PDR on my Iphone which i can watch anytime. Acts as a reminder of the fun yet to come in the spring...expecially the videos on winding and hilly roads, etc. You can watch the videos on VLC, or download the Cosworth software (free) and re-live your exact runs, and the NAV allows for split screen maps of your route. Worth considering IMO. VLC is available for most phones as well.

What's this thread going to accomplish except start yet another 1LT vs 2LT battle.

1LT includes:
8” touchscreen, Bose AM-FM 9 speaker stereo, 3 month Sirius/XM,MP3, MyLink, OnStar, 4G LTE, 8” HD driver info screen, leather power GT sports seats, power break set/release, power locks/windows, active handling, dual-zone AC, keyless access/start, power tilt/telescopic, leather wrap steering w/flat bottom wheel, cruise control, tire pressure monitor, driver, passenger and side airbags, carbon fiber hood, Bremo 4-piston disc brakes, rear view camera, coup- body color painted carbon fiber roof panels, convertible- power soft-top which can be lowered remotely.

2LT includes:
Everything found in the 1LT plus: Console and door panels in interior color, Lumbar/wing adjust, Heated/vented seats, Seat emblems, front camera, 10-speaker Bose® premium audio system, Universal Home Remote, Auto-dimming mirrors, Memory Package, Head-Up Display, SiriusXM Satellite Radio with one-year subscription, Enhanced Theft-Deterrent Package, Luggage shade/cargo net
Kevin sums it up perfectly. If you would enjoy and use those features offered on the 2LT it's well worth the money. If not? It is a waste of money. All based on individual wants and needs. I went 1LT because the only thing in the 2 package I would have used is the front camera. Not going to pay $4,500 for a front camera.

For me getting a 2LT car was worth it. I wanted the HUD and heated/cooled seats in particular so I waited until I found the right car with a 2LT option package. But for many the 1LT does the job and they are quite happy with that package level.

I know, I like to live dangerously. I'm just on the fence about it, and I needed someone to push me over the edge. LOL

Yeah....oddly enough for me, it's not about the front camera, the HUD, or even the heated/cooled seats. I'm 6'3 with long legs and I like the auto return seats for better ease of ingress / egress. Getting old, I guess.

I have a 2LT, I wouldn't miss any of the extra features it affords. Not one. Now the performance features like MRC, E-Diff, that is where your money should go! After all it is a sports car.

I have had both 1LT and 2LT. I wouldn't have bought the 2LT if I didn't think it was worth it - I really love the HUD & Front cameras, the subwoofer in the stereo doesn't add much to the sound, the Homelink is useful but not a deal breaker, the memory seats are a plus if you aren't the only driver (which I am), I don't use the heated/cooled seats or anything else in the package - the XM is 1 yr vs. 3 months for the 1LT and since you can get 6 months for $30, obviously that is only worth $60 on a $4,200 package. The only other options my car has a carbon badges (which for $100 look awesome) and PDR. I wouldn't buy a C7 without the PDR.

The bold is why I did. The front cameras and home link a must and the rest a really like to have.
No regrets. As others have said, list the options out and circle the must and would be nice to see if of value.

Just for the record, the 2LT seats are NOT cooled, they are ventilated as in a fan blowing under the seat- BIG difference from being cooled.

If you are referring to ground clearance, this is not correct.

Like the 10-speaker Bose® premium audio system (not the best I've ever heard but certainly not the worst)
Love the Universal Home Remote (nice not having the garage door opener clipped to the sunvisor. Not to mention the extra 2 buttons for Mild2Wild!)
Love the Auto-dimming mirrors (self explanatory)
LOVE the Memory Package (once set, nice to have easy ingress and egress)
LOVE the Head-Up Display (miss it in my other vehicles that don't have it)
Love the SiriusXM Satellite Radio (love me my Andrew Wilcow!)
FWIW, Satellite radio is also standard with the 1LT. But everything else you listed were 2LT features.

Ah yes, logic and I can understand. Sometimes it feels like I’m in a Cadillac forum.

Not worth it to me, all nice features in the 2lt but nothing I would say is a must have or strong want for me.

PDR, Mag Ride, Nav, and competition seats are all available on the 1LT. You can buy a clear roof second hand, and you can add front camera (aftermarket). Ventilated/heated seats and HUD aren't available on the 1LT and adding later can be expensive/complicated.
