Two paint issues, 1 has easy cure
Just Notice the red paint on the pseudo valve covers is peeling off, and lifting from the cover. Easy, clean off all red paint and re-shoot paint.
The other paint issue is where the 3rd brake light is rubbing the paint off the rear fascia. It's actually popped out from under the light.

What year is your car? Does it have the auto rear latch feature? Reason I ask is, those without the auto latch feature may me pulling hard on the third light wing to close the hatch which then applies lots of down force on the top of the rear fascia causing the paint to crack.

There is not a single Corvette C7 owner who has not or will not face issue #1. This is simply caused by heat under the hood making the letters brittle, then they flake off. Just expect it, and go buy the $10 ebay decals to replace your letters when the time comes.

For the bumper there is a bulletin that covers issues with paint chipping or peeling at edges of the front or rear fascia. This could also be covered under warranty but that particular area is not one of the normal areas this issue has been happening, so hard to say if it would actually fall under this.

looking closer at the pic under the brake light, is the black plastic under the paint also damaged? It seems like it's been cut or worn there, not just paint chipping.
the Bulletin is #17-NA-355
show that to your service department, and see if they will cover that paint chipping in that area. The root cause was not prepping the plastic fascia properly for paint adhesion. So I would guess any paint chipping on that part should be covered.
