Unlocked the valet and the glove box will open but the screen does not move. Any insight to what the problem might be or a solution? Any help is appreciated.
**Problem solved**
Where in the manual does it say the screen will not work with the car in reverse? Can't believe I missed it if it is in there. Not sure using this Valet feature is worth it or not.

Valet feature is worth it sometimes. Yes it's stupid but the screen will not work while in reverse I guess under the premiss that you should be using the screen so as to not run over things like kids when in reverse.
BTW running over kids while going forward is OK! You can go forward and put the screen down so I guess it's just fine to run over whatever you want as long as your not going in reverse!
In my 69 Z28 you had to park in reverse to lock the column, In both my C5 Z06 and C6 Z06 that was the recommended way to park the car to minimize battery drain. So some of it is force of habit and since I park in my garage I am going to be backing up to get out. A lot of parking on public streets and parking garages also require you to back up.

Actually, the battery drain problem was resolved by 2006.
When I unlock from valet mode, the trunk remains locked and neither of the trunk release buttons work. I have the recycle the ignition for the trunk release buttons to work.
