I just bought mine from Harbour Freight. $15. Came with enough rivets for the replacement (10 rivets, 4 different sizes for 40 total rivets.

I purchased the DeWalt pictured below at Home Depot to install side skirts. The OEM rivits fit, and the swivel head help maneuver in tight spaces. It also has 3 other size bits for other applications.

A Harbor Freight or WalMart one will work just fine.

THere are tools, and then there are tools.

Most of the junk I've bought at HFT is just that. JUNK... Good for maybe a one time use. Back in the day when I was actually racing SCCA I learned that you should buy really good tools. Cheap tools will ALWAYS break when you really need them. Plus, good tools are just easier to use. And no, I'm not talking about buying the BIG $ Snap-On or Matco, (though they are GREAT tools) but really avoid HFT and WallyWorld junk...

Plus good tools are an investment. Buy a good one and you probably won't have to buy them again.

I bought this one and returned it next day. Absolute trash imo. The rivets it comes with are junk and the actual gun broke on the 3rd try.

I always spend a little more to get something that could be used multiple times for multiple projects. You might be able to save a few bucks now, but ultimately cost you more later.

I have the DeWalt unit posted by sTz above. Used it to install my stage 2/3 splitter on my GS, worked great.

I used the $5 one from Harbor Freight to install my splitter and skirts. Worked perfectly fine, especially for something I'll probably never use again.

I bought this one from Amazon when I swapped my poverty splitter for a stage one. Worked very well.

Amazon Amazon

Also...if you need the rivets, here is a good source. This is what I used to put mine on, and look identical to the stock rivets:
