Does the lift points in the chasis (green circled) need pucks for safety? Are they the same pucks used on the rockers?
You don't need them for Jack Stands in the locations you picked. See what I use, plastic pads that fit the jack stands. Check Amazon for "jack stand covers." However you will also have a hard time getting a jack in from the front. I jack mine up from the sides using jack pads then put jack stands on the cross member you identify. Don't get under a car with just jacks. Note when I change oil I like to have it level so made those wood stanchions. I won't get under a car held with jack stands on both ends.

Sounds good and the price is right but you will not get a jack with that cross beam under the car AND it's too wide! Been there. (Although the one you show looks shorter than what is at Harbor Freight.)
Below is what I built and have used as well as a way you could modify the Harbor Freight device to work.
First you need to jack up from the sides to fit the jack with cross beam under. Have done that when I needed the rear up higher than I can get from the sides. The wooded "cross beam" was built for my C6 and modified to fit the smaller distance between lift locations on the C7.
You could modify the Harbor Freight cross beam by removing the slides and putting rubber pads on the top beam at the distance needed.
Right about getting the jack under the car. I use Race Ramps to get the car up high enough. Also cut the HF crossbeam to fit. It was a pain but it worked when I needed it. Quickjack has made life soooo much easier.

Yep, jack pads (pucks) fit in the 4 slots in the frame. The top part would not work on a cross frame or cradle.
The 2016 Service Manual that allows jacking from the center of a cradle member (that was only allowed on one cross member in the 2014 Service Manual) just says use a pad. I suggest a rubber one you can sometimes buy to replace the metal saddle (which I have for one of my old Harbor Freight jacks) or a block of wood. I used the rubber pad saddle on my street rod frame as it is painted the same color as the car.
^^^ Google is so much better that any website search engine. In fact I eliminated the search function on my website with over 100 pages because I could not fine my own "stuff!" Did that some years ago and since my website software had a search function I changed it to a simple Index!
What I find a bit scary, is if I add a new item to an existing page, in a day or so google finds it and I can google (as you did) some of my exact words and it pops up! They have many Spiders or WebCrawlers operating 24/7! Can't do anything they won't find! George Orwell would not be surprised!
If looking for an item in the Corvette Forum I often just put "Corvetteforum" in the search string with what I am looking for in google. It comes up 1st but other references follow!
