Great pictures again this week. Like your new delivery ones and your ones of older Corvettes. What not to LOVE!

This 1963 Corvette belonged to a member in my Corvette club. He is retired and drives cars for dealer trades for his local Chevrolet dealer. He had them dealer trade a 2018 GS coupe black rose/gray 7speed from a dealer in Michigan. I arranged for Jerry Coffee to buy this split window from him. Both parties are happy with their cars!!!

I saw that Long Beach Red z06 when I visited Mike Friday morning. That Corvette is a real head turner! And loaded. MSRP was comfortably north of $100k. Mr Joe sure has a super nice Vette. I am headed up to Long Island Friday. I could have personally delivered it 😂

It’s certainly exciting times for Corvette lovers and I truly believe the C8 mid-engine will attract a whole new generation of buyers. I talked with many millennials who heard and seen pics of the C8 and everyone of them said the mid-engine is a game changer. The majority said, “now that’s a Corvette I could own!” Attracting young buyers is critical for the Corvette to survive as GM can no longer reply on Baby Boomers to keep Corvettes sales strong into the future.
Mike, I hope you can answer this question. For years I have been scratching my head why many who place factory orders that live out of state have the car trucked from Bowling Green to your dealership then have it trucked via Plycar Trucking to their home. Why not have it shipped direct from the factory to their local Chevrolet dealer (Courtesy Dealer)?

I have been very curious about that myself, Mike.............but never bothered to ask. Yes - inquiring minds want to know.
By the way, Mr. Furman.......my girlfriend is possibly in the market for a Corvette. We may be giving you a phone call sometime soon. I am going with her this evening to look at a privately-owned C6 - a 2010 Grand Sport - this evening. If it is not up to her liking or the price is not right, we may turn our search northward.

or....they don't have faith in their local dealer to do the pre-delivery inspection etc on their brand new Corvette. So if it's $500+/- for a courtesy delivery and it's $1,000-$1,500 for their new Corvette to be enclosed trailered directly to their home...the choice becomes more palpable.
I have almost 15 Museum deliveries this month and another 15 Courtesy deliveries for May...plus all my on sight deliveries....Busy month.
