TPMS question
And the vendor told me to keep it in case of any future issues.
I hope mine will be fixed tonight as well
IMPORTANT UPDATE!!!!
I was expecting the reset tool to be delivered tonight and so naturally I left from work with excitement, looking FWD to do the relearn/reset.
Guess what... In the 11th hour, the car learned the new sensors on itself, just after I left work today, maybe 3 miles after I left.
So in my case it took about 4 days and over 200 miles for it to learn it LOL. And I didn't even started the learning process manually like I did before.
I was at a point where I was 100% sure it will not do it on it's own either because of the sensors not being the right ones or being defective.
Now I received the reset tool and I am thinking to keep it, just in case. It was inexpensive anyway.
I hope this helps. By the way, Amazon sells now the same TPMS sensors for much less than Rock Auto.
