I wasn't sold on the silver either but remember it is Blade Silver "Metallic". I fell in love with it after a week. Silver or black wheels go well with it. Check out my album for my silver car. Good luck whichever way you go.

Individuals who post on forum: What would you do? Crack me up. If you want it, get it - Simple.! Why should you care what OTHERS think? They’re not driving it or paying for it, and if they don’t like it, they don’t have to look at it. YOU DO. Nuff Said

Just do it great deal and the power of the Z06 is unbelievable. With 650 pounds of torque it is there in every gear and that supercharged 650hp you have to experience.

Well if I had that deal, I do it in a heartbeat! And yes Admiral Blue is a pretty color but the silver is way easier to maintain and believe me, you can shine that baby so it'll pop even on a cloudy day. Just saying, go for it!

I agree Admiral Blue is very nice. When I ordered my Z06 back in February I almost went with Silver after seeing this car at Kerbeck. Silver as Mike says can be very nice.

Sounds like price is a nice benefit in this deal (only losing $1000) for a really nice gain in HP and performance...but Im a huge fan of color and color combos. No offense to anyone, but silver would be a deal killer for me. It's just one of those colors that doesn't make anyone go "ooooohhhh" or "ahhhhhh"...they may do that cause its a Corvette...but rarely cause its silver.

A blue GS probably looks amazing...not sure Id give up that color for HP you'll never use (again, unless you track your car)... Good luck - post pictures of whatever car you decide to own...

Silver is very classy, clean, and it does look great especially with carbon flash accents

And, it doesn't show the dirt so it looks cleaner longer.

How often do you feel the need for more power when you are driving your GS? That should answer your question.

It does not make any difference what others think about your choice. If you like the Z and are good with the price, get it done.

I traded my 12 Z06 for a 15 2lt Z51 I hated the car ended up trading for a 2016 2lz Z06 both cars were bought new I've not looked back. Get the Z06 I use the power to lane change and to access freeway on ramps.

I pressed the dealer for a better deal and they came down another $2,000. I made the purchase this morning. Excited for learning this new ride. A bit of a torture though. I basically had to come home and put it in the garage. We are attending an out of town wedding with friends. No playing with the car today.

You'll never regret paying $1,000.00 to drive a used C7, for 1-year. That said, my 1st new Corvette cost me $200.00 to drive for 9K miles 1.5 years. I sold it cash to a dealer too! No hocus-pocus trade-in to cloud my real cost to drive a new Corvette!
