Flex-plate defect
I saw a comment in Car and Driver about Chevy's failure to correct what was called "the flex-plate defect" in both C-7's on the road and those even being built now. Any knowledge of this?

Can't say it's been a huge issue reported or discussed here but there have been some cases.

My flex plate went south at about 36,000 miles and dealer replaced it under power train warranty. I guess that when it comes to vettes already out there they're just waiting for it to break instead of issuing some kind of recall. If it ain't broke don't fix it theory.
