Very common issue that's posted like once per week on here. Have your dealer follow bulletin # 17-NA-271. It requires the wheels to be removed and the mating surface between the rotor hat and wheel to be cleaned. GM will cover one time under the bumper to bumper warranty. After that, it's considered maintenance.

Have the front wheels off now and going to clean as per the bulleting myself, see how long it lasts.
