Thanks

Whomever you get they will quickly turn you over to an "order processor" who is the person who actually takes care of the order.

I would also recommend Mark. He stuck with me after another sales rep abandoned me when I asked too many questions and took too long to consummate the deal. He didn't, overlooked the fact that I was a PITA, and got a sale.

They all interchange, I emailed Tommy to start I think, then it was mostly Mark.

I started off with Tommy Jr and then Mark. Macmulkin likes to use the team approach and Tommy is a great communicator! Great buying experience!

I bought a 2009 and 2016 from MacMulkin and started by contacting Tommy Jr.

I'd like to chime in with a question that I think is directly relative.

How do you manage the trade in process with any of the big dealers?

My understanding is, for the most part they don't even want your trade!!! So you lose out on the savings of the sales tax on the difference only, and if you have any little minor imperfections like marginal tires or?

How do you sort a deal out so you know exactly where you're at? I usually will refuse to buy a car that is not on the ground that I can touch feel and see with the dealer because of all the games.

Thank You in Advance Kevin

It all depends on the Dealer IMO, and, the condition of the trade in.
I had no problem trading in my 2009 for the 2016 with MacMulkin and received a very fair price for the 2009.

I had no problem trading in my ‘16 Z51 for a ‘19 GS, got a good price on both and got my sales tax credit in my state.

I just got my 19 Z from them last month. Mark was THE MAN till order was accepted by GM & then the SUPER friendly & helpful Vanessa took over & kept me constantly updated with tracking the build & took care of the paperwork for the actual purchase. Just amazed at how great the 3 folks I had interactions with were!👏

Traded my 2015 z51 vert and bought a new 2019 GS from MacMulkin. Did the entire deal via text and phone including the appraisal for my trade. My new vette was delivered to my house via enclosed trailer and my 2015 was loaded on the same trailer for the return to MacMulkin.
No hassles and a great buying experience!

Make sure you join the Stuart Corvette Club when you get here. It’s a fun group of people that love to drive their Vettes out to dinner.
