Yes, ordered a targa top storage bag/cover for my 96 C4. Never heard word one from them and called. Item was discontinued, but was never notified or refunded. Still trying to get a refund and have escalated the issue with my cc company and PayPal. Called and emailed several times with no results. Also, heard of others having the same issues.
