Battery replacement
2014 C7. After 5 years replaced battery from O’Reilly Auto Parts. Got it installed, cargo lights on and hatch opens but door won’t open and when I try to open the door the window moves down little by little every time try to open the door. Getting typical door chime but nothing else works. Any ideas?

Make sure the cables are tight to the battery post, and try resetting the window indexing on both doors. If that doesn't work you could try a reset. Just unhook the positive cable for a minute, then hook 'er back up. Then start it up, and reset the window indexing. Hopefully everything will work after that, Good luck.
