How do you connect android devices in the 2016 my link

Well, you could plug them in via USB or use Bluetooth. But neither will let you "mirror" the device on MyLink. Where did you get that idea?

I'm using a USB still want connect.

Perhaps you could describe what you are expecting to accomplish. I already said you cannot mirror your phone. So what is it you want to see happen?

I have a 2019. Tried 5 different cords. Gave up. It sucks. Dealer couldn't figure it out either and wex tried 4 other corvettes and 2 Silverado

Try this cord after installing latest android auto on your phone. Your phone has to be connected at all times to one usb outlet for android auto to work.

You sirentue dealer installed the update? Maybe it was corrupted? 2016 needed to have the update done for it to work... and you need a quality cord AND make sure the settings are turned on in phone and infotainment.

Just install Android Auto. And just a quick comment... you cannot mirror all of what you see on your phone. Just what Android auto allows. The car display is not like a TV that you can mirror stuff from your phone.

also note some 2016 had to go to the dealer to have the ability to use android auto later in the production run it was built in. As stated you need a cable which will do information and need to install android auto on your phone. there is a connection icon that will change to android auto on the infotainment screen after a few minutes to "hand shake" android auto comes up on the screen. Periodically my phone asks me if is okay to hook up with mtp say yes
