They are held on by 3 nuts on the backside of the fender. Drivers side is fairly easy to get to by loosening wheel liner and reaching back. The passenger side is tighter because of oil tank behind fender. You must loosen the fender and pull it slightly away from the frame to make room to get to the nuts. I agree with this assessment but the passenger side is much harder and I needed to remove the side skirt and some of the bolts holding the fender on to pull the fender out some to get more room. See my post #41 as part of this thread -----> https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-thread-3.html
I am just adding an update based on just completing this on my C7 Z51 with Dry Sump Tank. It's a pain in the butt because the Sump Tank is backed in there tight on the passenger side and difficult to get to the 3rd bottom screw to remove the vent.
