Direct Lift Pro-Park, I think it was $3500.00 Canadian. Ceiling is 12’, lift does not need to be anchored but if you plan to use it for working on the vehicle then I would fasten it.

I've had a HD-9 for 10 years now. Not bolted down, never any issues plus I have moved it around a couple of times (big garage with 13' ceilings). Bolting is not necessary in my opinion...FWIW
