Default Battery disconnect issue

After disconnecting the negative terminal from my 2015 Corvette and then reconnecting the screen is black and the windows are open a couple of inches. Can someone tell me the procedure to go through to bring things back to normal?

You should see message on DIC saying put windows all the way down then up if I remember correctly.

The video/radio screen and your center screen should not be blacked out...

May I ask why you disconnected the battery to begin with? It might help in diagnosis.

It was suggested by another member to reset OBC to try and clear a possible glitch with a erroneous P0700 code

Good news. Everything just came back without explanation.

I never got that message but my Chevrolet dealer told me what to do which may have solved the DIC blackout kudos to him.

Well he did say to roll down driver and passenger windows then back up again. That solved the window issue. Not so sure what solved the drivers display blackout but it came back on shortly after.
