Dash display

I have my configurable dash linked to my mode selector dial. My preference for my display is track mode so I set the switch to track and leave it there. For some reason, after the car has been off overnight, when I start it up, the display is either in sport mode or just the speed. Shouldn't it stay in track regardless of how long the car has been off?

No, the car will only retain Touring or Sport modes. You can configure the dash and exhaust to stay in Track mode, but not the drive mode.

You can lock the track mode display and then run in Sport (track display will stay regardless of mode if you lock it in). That’s how I run it.

its in the dash settings.
