Yes. Bought mine in August, it was built in Feb 2019. I put a range device in it the minute I drove it off the lot although with the build date that probably wasn’t necessary as it has the latest transmission fluid.
I drive it it daily to work and as often as I can. 4000 miles on it. So far it has been flawless. (Crosses fingers)

Hopefully you will have many miles of trouble free driving pleasure from your new C7. Don’t let worries about what might happen detract from your ownership experience.
2017 Stingray M7 (my car) and a 2019 Stingray A8 (girlfriend's car) -- no problems with either one. I have just shy of 12,000 miles and hers has about 2,600 on it.
Rule number 1 of vehicle specific forums. Don't frequent them if reading about issues makes you worried, sleepless or otherwise less completely happy about owning the vehicle. I frequent forums of every gas powered toy in my toy box. I would have sold them all, or never purchased them in the first place, if I let internet reported issues bother me. You have a 19' with a full warranty. Congratulations on your purchase and I assume you took advantage of the really good deals on new C7's this month.

2024 C8 of the Year Finalist - Unmodified
I bought my 19 base Stingray with M7 and NPP on Oct 17 with build date of 8/31/19. Zero issues with 975 miles on it so far. I think the car is better built (paint, fit, finish) than my previous 2016. Last year of any generation tends to have all the bugs worked out and small refinements added.
Last summer I traded a 2018 A8 Stingray with 30K miles and no problems at all. Traded on a 2019 M7 GS which survived the season with no problems either! Now safely hibernating in a LOOOONG MN winter.
Bought a new 2019 Stingray 19 days ago. Does anyone have a 2019 Stingray that hasn’t had any of the problems I read on the forums?
Have had my 2019 M7 since late August...drove it 3 1/2 months @ 1,800 kms (1,100 miles) before storing it for the winter - not a single issue. Just lots of smiles every time I took it out (it's my daily driver & weekend errand runner also). Good luck and don't worry about it!
Your informal "survey" will mean little. I have an M7 '18 (same difference). No problems here. The reality is that one cannot validly judge problem frequency for anything by online product forums, all of which are greatly skewed to those with issues. How many times have you been online to let people know that some product you have used for ages still has no issues?
Designer Imagines A Corvette That Looks More Like a Corvette Than the Corvette
