Can more of these be found ? Yellow calipers stock too or that was done after the fact??

Also, A8 or M7? HELLLLLLP ME DECIDE!! Thanks!
‘Looks gorgeous but this is not a unique setup. A few observations: the transmission can not be changed, while the Rims and Calipers can. Finding a black Z51 Stingray with black rims shouldn’t be that hard to find. Get the exterior color and transmission you like and highest model year you can afford. Find a black Z51 Stingray with M7 or a 2015 with an A8, which was a far better transmission than the A6. Personally, if you know how, the M7 on the Stingray is an absolute blast to drive. Get it as it will be the last front engine, manual transmission Corvette.

thank you brother ! That’s what I’m thinking . The z51 brake calipers can easily be removed and painted just like this yeah? And these wheels are the z51 wheels ? Black on black shouldn’t be too hard . I’m still wondering if I want the black or red interior hmmmm.

im leaning towards stingray z51 over Z due to a big price difference .. but I know I’ll want to boost it later on to make around 800-850whp. Thoughts ?

I own a M7 C7 Z06, so that’s my perspective. However I had a 2014 M7 Z51 and it was a blast.

Looks great. Get tinted windows!

If you prefer a manual over an auto, get a manual. The A6 is a strong transmission. The first few years of the A8 had issues, so be aware.

If you tint the windows, paint the calipers red, switch out the tranny to an M7, and put black lugs nuts on it, then this would be the twin to my 2014. The best advice I have seen here is do not settle. Keep looking until you find THE car. It is out there. The M7 is a deal breaker for me. Had to have it. Autos would be OK if one is stuck in traffic a lot or a health issue kept me from pushing the third peddle. My 3LT interior is flawless. If it hasn't turned to sh** in six years, I think it will be OK. Bottom line is the Right vette for YOU is out there and you will know it when you see it. Happy Hunting.

Dark grays like WGG are infinitely easier to keep looking nice. I just don't have the patience for black.

thank you brother ! I won’t settle! Funny question— is there a way to make the shifter more notchy in the m7? It’s too buttery for me lol

i LOVE black when it’s clean but I really gotta question my own patience . My top colors seem to be black, then a tie between red and white, then dark Gray probably . I wonder what the most popular colors are and which ones are easiest to keep clean ??

is there a way to make the m7 more notchy in the shifter ?? I’m in love with my MGW in my boosted c5z. Test drove an m7 and the shifter felt like warm diarrhea . I know it works great but just the FEEL is what I need to change ! Lol.

and if not black , what color you suggest ?! Hmmmm

CHRIS925, that is a good question regarding the shifter. I think the feel of a shifter is very subjective/personal. I know there are some very good after market ones out there if the stock one isn't to your liking. I had an 03 that I bought used and it had a very stiff after market shifter that I hated. I put in a C6Z shifter and loved it.

true very subjective! I think most are like you. They love the c6z shifter. That’s too smooth for me. I have a MGW race **** on mine now ... extremely notchy and no wiggle room. Along with a calf-workout for a clutch . And I love it !!! Haha

And I like my M7.

To answer your question, this appears stock. At least, you could build one like this in 2019.
I had someone tell me I would not be able to keep my white GS clean, you cant win dude. But I agree with you, personal preference.
