check with Bob at "House of Wheels" in Florida. I bought a set of triple chrome ZO6 replica for my 2014 Z51 and loved them. CJ also bought Jake center caps and new TPMS from him. added All Saeson Michelins and me a happy camper!

Nice wheels!
Do you think you will have problems with the cracked or bent wheel issues?
I got my chrome Z06 replicas from Corvettes of Houston who got them from Factory Reproductions......best price and not many selections anywhere for a Z51 size chrome wheel....many more options in black. I was very happy with the price and service........I went ahead and got these four because I hit a pothole and damaged 2 of the factory wheels and I could get the 4 reproductions cheaper than the 2 factory wheels and wanted to change them anyway.........
For what it is worth I'll never buy aftermarket chrome wheels again. I have a set of Factory Reproductions chrome wheels that have never seen salt and rarely been in the rain. A little over one year after purchase one developed a slow leak. It turned out to be flaking chrome at the bead area even though the rest of the wheel looks like new. I kind of dismissed it as an anomaly until a different wheel developed the same problem 6 months later.
Even though Factory Reproductions has a 2 year chrome warranty they will do nothing to help.
Some chrome wheels are indeed true chrome, while others utilize a chrome called PVD chrome. Years ago I was contemplating some C7 Z51 style chrome wheels for my C5 at a good price. Found out the finish is far less durable and not quite as shiny as true chrome. Buyers beware.

My experience with doing the "wheel exchange" for chrome wheels is opposite. I did the exchange for my C5 wheels, which were perfect for 7 years, my C6 wheels, which were perfect for 8 years and now my C7 , which I still own for 6 years in 3 weeks. BTW all these wheels are GM wheels which they take your old ones, strip and chrome plate. I've had excellent with 3 of the Forum vendors and would recommend them all. BTW none of these cars were "garage queens" and as you can see, they all were enjoyed! My 1999 Pewter Coupe My 2006 Monterey Red C6 coupe..
A lot to think about. It seems like people that make forged wheels wont mess with Chrome. Maybe it is the problem with plating. I never had a problem with any of the OEM Chrome wheels with my c5 or c6 or my c7 the problem of course is the bent and cracked wheels of my 2017 GS Forgeline has polished wheel that might work for me. I will need tires soon and who knows if I will find bent or cracked wheels.
I wouldn't buy wheels for a wide-body that were not fully, genuinely, really and truly FORGED, and recommend the same to everyone who asks.
I had two cracked and one bent, so I purchased wheels that I felt would not be a future problem, realizing that there are no 100% guarantees that I won't break another; it just reduces the changes going with FULL (monoblock) forged wheels. They're not cheep, expect to pay $3,500 to $10,000 for a set. Sorry, I can't help you with the Chrome part of your question.
Check out Kulture website - they advertise a chrome plated, forged replica of the C7 Grand Sport wheel.
I just re-read a recent thread from Kulture Motorsports and near the end it said the GS01 (forged Grand Sport replica) is no longer available. Sorry for posting old or out-dated information.

The ones I saw were not OEM exchange wheels, they did not have the "Corvette" molded into the wheel lip.

Actually the C5 wagon wheels and the C6 wheels didn't come with Corvette stamped on them. Only the C7 wheels have that. But ALL of them had GM stamped on the back side. I think these exchange wheels are actually OEM wheels not repros. Just saying.. I'd advise you get in touch with Bob at House of Wheels or West Coast Corvette and ask them if you want to exchange or whatever.
