When I went to have my tires rotated recently at Discount Tire, the tech informed me that apparently 3 out of 4 of my wheels are bent. The bends are subtle, so you can't see them or feel them - it was only noticeable to him on the balancing machine. He said it would cost like $175 per wheel to have them repaired. I'm wondering, is this something I should do? I don't feel vibrations when I ride, but I'm worried about this voiding my tires' warranty.
Meaning they've all had bent wheels reported here. Z51,Grand Sport, Z06, ZR1.
Wide body cars are the majority of bent wheel claims. Base and Z51 wheels are much less prone to bending or failure. They do happen, though a lot less frequently.
my 19 GS has a small rhythmic vibration that comes and goes in 1-2 second intervals. ALL tires were road forced to 10lbs or less, two had been 30lb plus and replaced. Could the vibration be coming from bent wheels or out of balance tires. I always believed constant vibration were tires in most cases. Harmonic rhythmic types of vibrations could be slightly bent wheels. I've got 2400 miles on it and its possible I could have bent one on these roads with some pretty sharp edged pot holes although I try and watch for them carefully. Any similar?

I had the same vibration from my right rear AS3+. Had the tire replaced under warranty, which significantly reduced the vibration (no more 1-2 sec harmonic; still trying to decide whether *all* of the vibes are gone, as I only have ~20 miles on it so far, with only a few at ~60 mph). If I conclude there is still some residual vibration, II'll have the wheel checked for bends at the place I've used in the past for wheel repairs.
