If you have the picture on your computer just click on the little postcard icon (next to the smile icon) in the reply window (where you type). A pop up window will appear, drag the picture onto that window, then hit the upload button in the upper right. The photo will appear in your post.
Photo library or wherever on your device you stored the photo.
Also, if you see a picture on a web page that you want to use you can usually just right click and select Save Photo, put it somewhere on your device then follow the above. Afterward remember to delete the picture so you don't clutter your system.

I agree with all of the above. That process should allow you to post pics on the forum. If you end up having problems, the forum has a Help Section (https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/help-forum-31/) that you can post up questions and get answers.
