I thought they made a 2-piece version of that shade. But I just did a search and don't see any. Maybe I'm thinking of the C6.
Probably are. I had the two piece version for my C6. It worked real well and even came with a nice storage bag. Fit nicely in the back, laid nice and flat.
I e-mailed Gene Culley of CulTrag Performance, a forum vendor and supplier of OEM GM parts, asking him what was up with the shortage of C7 transparent tops. He replied that GM has discontinued them and he can no longer get them. Said that no further information has been forthcoming from GM.

How the hell is this possible? GM stops making one of the most popular accessories for the Corvette? Hard times are coming .....

It's not that unbelievable. They stopped producing the car last summer. If there's enough demand, someone will pickup the supply, just like the roofs for the other generations.
It's not as tragic as the time without C6 headlight lenses available...
Roof panel replacement for those with current complete roof
I am in same boat as many other on this thread -
I see many panels (the panel only not the whole roof) for sale - but have not yet seen a youtube (i have searched..) for "how to replace the panel".... I have had sellers of the "roof panel" say it was really easy, and even offered to facetime... but i haven't seen a video or written instructions... has anyone found a URL?
and this begs the question - that when replacing one painted or CF top with another - is the headliner transferrable.. ?
and if someone has a transparent top - and replaces with a painted or CF - they will also need a headliner..
which brings up the second thing: - very few comments on headliners - many aftermarket, yet i dont see where they ask interior package - i think the 3LT is suede headliner?
This roof replacement has a nice diagram of Roof - GM (84337515) : https://www.trunkmonkeyparts.com/oem...-roof-84337515
and the suede headliner $600+!: Headliner - GM (84573878) this one in kalahari: https://www.trunkmonkeyparts.com/oem...liner-84573878 and the 3LT black suede $471 Panel - GM (84573876) https://www.trunkmonkeyparts.com/oem...panel-84573876

Reason: additional information added..
In my opinion there are no great solutions out there for the transparent top heat issue. I want something I can stick on quickly that blocks all sun, basically same functionality at a windshield sun block. Don't want any blockage while driving...unless crazy hot.
Since nothing exists, I am going to fabricate my own. I think I will use magnets glued to 3D printed brackets. Brackets will gently wedge between top and frame (removable). Then the cover will be some heat shield material covered in a thin layer of foam, and then covered in a fabric that closely matches the interior. Fabric glue to keep it on there. Magnets embedded on small bracket under the fabric. Pop on, pop off. When I get around to it in the coming weeks I will make a new thread about the build.

Our 2009 had 9 yrs/102k miles when traded, including lots of vacations in Florida and Arizona. Our 2005 had 5 yrs/66k miles. Transparent tops.
Interiors were just fine when traded. Once or twice I would wear my ball cap for a few minutes if the sun was really beating in on a hot day. A/C gets the interior comfortable pretty quickly.
Sunburn is not a problem, the top filters out a very high percentage of the UV.
We do keep it garaged at home, which I'm sure helps somewhat. But not on vacation.
I think some have had additional window tinting applied to a transparent roof. It's not something that can be removed, but it may make things a bit cooler.
