I just bought a new 2019 C7 Grand Sport 1LT. I don't see the ambient, out side temperature any where on the dash or infotainment system. Am I missing a setting for this, or do you have to get a 2LT or 3LT to get that feature? Or do none of them have it? It's really not that big of a deal, but I like it. They been putting that on cars for years. What up? Even my Harley has it.
On mine, 2016 3LZ, it's in the upper left hand corner of the infotainment screen. I haven't had the car but a few months, so not an expert, but I don't remember seeing a choice for displaying that information in the set-up screens.
Same place on 2014 2LT Z51 and 2019 2LT GS. If the temp is bad there should be 2 dashes at the same place. I don't recall that ambient temp display is different with different trim levels. Missing temp was after a windshield replacement. Installers had to remove trim and remake all connections to resolve.
It’s displayed in the upper left of the infotainment system on all C7s. Battery disconnect, or you might have one of those electronic gremlins. Reboot might work, or a dealer reflash.
Thanks guys. Mine just has the two dashes up in the left corner where the temp is suppose to be. Mine also wont do the pert option where you can reconfigure the way you gauges look. Any ideas?

It's under warranty. Let the dealer figure it out. Hopefully a quick fix.

I can't remember who told me - but it worked for me: I fixed one gremlin (screen issue) by disconnecting the battery. I fixed the second gremlin (missing temp) by pulling fuse 48 for 10 seconds.
