Default Question about launch control and performance timer

I have a 2016 Auto Non Z51 without mag ride

Whenever I try to use launch control (car in competitive mode track setting) the car moves a little bit forward before the rpms stabilize and the performance timer starts early (with that initial movement). Is there any way around this?

thanks!

U have to stand on the brake pedal like a panic stop .. i use it all the time to pop off 1.7 1.8 60ft times with stock runflats ..

If you are moving you are not pressing hard enough, my car does not move an inch ..

it moves a bit forward, then it stops moving and rpms stabilize. It feels like the rear tires start spinning for a quarter second and then stops. I don’t think the brake can be pressed any harder. I was putting all my weight into it
