Did you purchase the car new? I could be wrong but those side skirts seem to be painted after delivery. Again I could be wrong but I believe those shorter side skirts where flat black from the factory.

I purchased it about 3 weeks ago used with 6k miles. I am not certain if the ground effects were on at original delivery. I’ve seen a few pics on the web of similar ‘19 GS’s, same color combo with the (appearance of) same ground effects.
My previous C7, ‘15 DSOM went to Corvette heaven after we had an unexpected terrible storm with 80mph wind which subsequently blew a large (and very old) oak tree down right on top of her.

Btw OP....you have a 2LT. Trims are 1LT, 2LT, etc for the GS. 1LZ, 2LZ, etc for the Z06. LT2 is the engine in the C8

Reason I was curious is his car has the front splitter with the large (Z07) winglets and the high rear spoiler. Typically those 2 things are paired up with the full length side skirts.

The front splitter and spoiler are likely aftermarket due to the fact you have 3/4 side skirts. I'm not sure if its the photo or lighting but your skirts look very shiny, much more so then if they were stock so its its possible the colour isn't Carbon Flash but a lot of aftermarket companies give the option for carbon flash to match the rest of the car.
