Default Mild2Wild issue

2019 Grand Sport
Installed a new M2W about a year and half ago and set it up to work with the Homelink buttons on the visor. Noticed a few weeks back that I wasnt getting the change in tone when selecting either of the 2 buttons, nor with the M2W remote.
Yesterday when I got home I left it running and tried again, homelink buttons and remote, valves were open but would not close.
1. Checked M2W fuse, all good there.
2. Pulled M2W fuse holder, reinstalled normal fuse and confirmed NPP valves operate normally by switching sound management in and out of track. If I remember correctly, even tho the sound management is in track, the controller would still close the valves via buttons or remote.
3. Pulled fuse altogether and confirmed valves remained open.
4. Put back together and checked again. Still no valve operation with visor buttons or remote.

Anybody have issues with M2W controller going bad? I know it gets hot under the hood and I'm wondering if the box cant handle the heat. I'm not inclined to order a new one given this one hasnt lasted too long and I keep the valves open 24/7 anyway via sound management.
If you've had issues please let me know what you found. Thanks!!

Do you have 1 button on the visor for loud and 1 button for quiet and the 3rd for the garage door?

Do you have the sound management set to Stealth with M2W installed?

Switched to STEALTH mode and the visor buttons operate the valves. Guess I just had it in my mind that the M2W would takeover control of the valves no matter which mode I was in.
Like I said, I never shut them, I like hearing my Borla x-pipe and ATAK exhaust all the time!

Thanks Clyde!

Glad you figured it out. The M2W basically does nothing more than remotely pull the fuse out for you.
